Payment & Insurance Information
MedFast Urgent and Primary Care accepts all major insurance plans, including most products from the carriers listed below. Individual plans may differ and we recommend you consult your health insurance provider for detailed coverage information. Depending on your plan, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles. In the unlikely event that MedFast Urgent and Primary Care is not contracted with your insurance carrier, we will care for you and provide you with all the necessary paperwork to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

What forms of payment does MedFast Urgent and Primary Care accept ?
MedFast Urgent and Primary Care accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service. Employers may call to inquire about establishing a corporate account.
