MedFast Urgent and Primary Care clinics are a locally owned and operated medical facilities located in Benson and Dunn North Carolina. We have been serving Benson area for over 16 years and Dunn for over 13 years, serving both local residents and out of state travelers.

MedFast Urgent and Primary Care is a full service primary and urgent care clinic that specializes in providing high-quality medical care to our patients and their families in a prompt and professional manner. We treat a broad range of ailments, conditions and minor emergencies. Patients can be treated, often in less than an hour, for a wide array of conditions like fevers, asthma attacks, flu, upper respiratory infections, sprains, strains, cuts, broken bones and burns. We also offer additional services, including digital x-rays, lab testing, screenings, physicals, immunizations, vaccines, and a variety of primary care services.

Walk-ins are always welcome. Unlike emergency rooms, MedFast Urgent and Primary Care provides expert, convenient care with virtually no waiting. Most insurance plans are accepted and our low rates put affordable health care well within the reach of uninsured patients as well.
