MedFast Urgent & Primary Care provides walk-in medical care for patients in Benson and Dunn, North Carolina. No appointment is required for routine urgent and primary care visits.
Urgent Care
We evaluate and treat a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including respiratory infections, colds and flu, ear and sinus problems, urinary tract infections, sprains and strains, minor fractures, cuts, burns, rashes, minor wounds and other common acute problems.
Primary Care
MedFast also provides ongoing primary care, including routine medical evaluations, preventive care, chronic-condition follow-up and general health maintenance. Patients who want a membership-based primary care option can also learn about our Direct Primary Care program.

Drug Screening: Available during regular office hours, but availability may vary based on patient volume and collection requirements. Drug screens are not started after 4:00 PM. We recommend calling the office before coming in for a drug screen, particularly later in the day.
